Beautifully bred VOBIS Filly by STREET BOSS, son of lynchpin sire - STREET CRY

Mar 09, 2016

This filly’s Grand Sire STREET CRY lays claim to being second behind DANEHILL as the world’s best dual hemisphere sire. Having excelled at the very highest level on the racecourse in Dubai and the US, STREET CRY then became the lynchpin sire in both America and Australia. In the Southern Hemisphere, STREET CRY has produced SHOCKING, winner of the Melbourne and Australian Cups, Caulfield Guineas winners WHOBEGOTYOU and LONG JOHN and now the 2015 BLUE DIAMOND WINNER PRIDE OF DUBAI and 2015 COX PLATE WINNER, WINX.

STREET CRY is no longer with us but he has left an indelible stamp on the breeding industry in 2 hemispheres. His progeny will ensure that STREET CRY has a winning presence on the Australian racing scene for a time to come.

STREET BOSS was the fastest son of STREET CRY. He experienced success as a 3 YO, winning one and placing in 2 of his other 3 starts. He won his first G1 as a 4 YO setting a new course record in the Bing Crosby Handicap over 1400m. STREET BOSS continued his remarkable form as a 4YO, returning 6 wins including a course record in the G1 Los Angeles Handicap. His other three starts returned 3 places in G1 races.

STREET BOSS is proving to be a remarkable source of hardy, workaholic racehorses like G3 sprinters THIAMANDI, PETIT FILOUS and THE QUARTERBACK, plus G1 juvenile STREET RAPPER.

This filly is out of TRINITY COLLEGE (NZ) by VOKSRAAD (GB). TRINITY COLLEGE had 4 wins over 1000-1600m before retiring. She is a successful dam to 5 foals to race, with 4 winners running over distances from 1000-2000m only highlighting her breeding versatility.

The STREET CRY bloodlines produce tough, willing, and genuine horses. Offspring have succeeded on all distances and all surfaces and show incredible acceleration. This opportunity is one not to be missed!
